Not I, But CHRIST ~

Not I, but Christ,
is why I have grace
to keep to the course
to stay in the race.

For without Jesus,
I’d couldn’t go the distance
and to temptation
I’d have no resistance.

Not I, but Christ,
is why I can cope
to remain steadfast
to maintain the hope.

For, without Jesus,
I’ve not the might
nor the power
to sustain the fight.

Not I, but Christ,
makes all possible
for with Jesus . . .
I am unstoppable!
